Dani is a senior executive with global experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, strategy, and organization transformation. She connects human capital change to business, social and environmental outcomes while improving the bottom line.

Dani has spent 40 years consulting and working in numerous global corporations, large non-profits, and prestigious government agencies. She has focused her work on implementing anti-racist and anti-bias cultures, retaining talent, and connecting an organization's work to its surrounding community. She started as a consultant to AT&T and Apple and moved to internal roles for Bank of Boston, Pfizer, and Mass General Brigham, constantly optimizing the performance of those organizations.

Dani held the inaugural Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer position for Mass General Brigham, the largest private employer in MA, with 85,000 employees across 16 institutions. Reporting to the CFO and CEO, she was directly responsible for designing an anti-racism strategy that increased diversity at the Board and Hospital President levels. She created and implemented five DE&I Summits with attendance maximizing at 4,200. 

Dani’s clients in her global consulting work have included: Cardinal Health, MetLife, Novartis, Pfizer, State Street, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Houghton Mifflin, Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare, Partners HealthCare, Prudential, Experian, and the CIA.

Dani has an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. Dani is the author of Untapped Talent: Unleashing the Power of the Hidden Workforce (Palgrave MacMillan) and numerous published articles.
