Beverly Edgehill

Beverly Edgehill, Ed.D., is a visionary strategist who sees her purpose as helping organizations  stand up to their best and most authentic selves. She does this by partnering with organizational  leaders to, first, get clear on where they want to go and, second, map out an aspirational yet  realistic plan that is designed to stand the test of time.

The seeds of Beverly’s approach to her work were planted during her childhood in Harlem,  which gave her a strong awareness of the challenges faced by Black Americans. At the same  time, with Columbia University across the street, she recognized that opportunity was literally  right next door.

Beverly seized that opportunity, earning a doctorate from Columbia University and holding  leadership roles in both the corporate and non-profit worlds. She currently is a Senior Vice  President at The TJX Companies, Inc. where she has overseen the transformation of the  business’s organizational development, community relations and inclusion and diversity  programs. Prior to TJX, Beverly was President and CEO of The Partnership, Inc. where she  helped launch a “new conversation about diversity” in the Boston business community.

Beverly has two adult children, Robert and Victoria.
