Roddy Chong
Roddy is a remarkably accomplished Asian American violinist and inspirational speaker known for his high-energy performances with many of the music industry's most recognized acts. He has toured with Shania Twain and Celine Dion simultaneously, and is the “String Master” for the arena rock band: Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO). This past January, Roddy completed his 16th winter tour with TSO where he does 60 shows in six weeks every year.
When not on tour, the Chicago-born performer also serves as a keynote speaker. He teaches principles of performing that he learned from his performing arts trainings and while executing those principles on stages around the world. Named as one of the top-five business speakers to see by the Huffington Post, his unique career was also featured in The Wall St. Journal last year.
With his dynamic presentation - delivered with violin in hand - the purpose is to help individuals realize their potential and reach their own “Moments of Brillliance” by ustilising performance principles and personal character qualities. Roddy will be our closing keynote speaker and will be sure to resonate with you. Roddy graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Telecommunications and African-Amerian Studies and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
